金骏眉是由正山堂于2005年研发并投放市场的一款高端红茶。上市以来,金骏眉凭借其过硬的品质,得到业界人士、文人雅士以及广大消费者的推崇。随着金骏眉消费者群体的增多,正山堂金骏眉产量逐渐变得相对稀缺,比较容易出现品质良莠不齐的仿制品。
掌握恰当的鉴别方式,即可杜绝误买仿制品的情况,避免自身受到损失的情况出现。

鉴别金骏眉,主要通过鉴别其外在品质和内在品质来判断。金骏眉外在品质包括干茶颜色、香气以及身骨三方面。
干茶颜色:油润均匀,乌中透金
茶叶色泽与原料生产的海拔高度和持嫩性有密切关系。
正山堂金骏眉全部采自高海拔的福建武夷山自然保护区,均为每年春天的头茬茶芽,原料统一。因此制成的金骏眉干茶色泽均匀,白毫显露。
经过一年积累,茶树的头茬春芽凝聚了大量的营养物质,再经正山堂骏眉工艺精心研制,因此金骏眉干茶油润鲜活有光泽,金黄黑相间、乌中透金黄。
干茶香气:花果馨香,细腻浓郁
正山堂金骏眉干茶的香气清新优雅、细腻纯正,细嗅有花果的甜香。
干茶身骨:条索紧结,身骨重实
干茶条索与采摘季节、加工技艺密切相关。
正山堂金骏眉由于原料珍稀、做工精细,故干茶条索壮实紧结,秀挺略显弯曲,似海马型,锋苗秀显,匀整度高,没有茶末和杂物
金骏眉原料营养物质丰富,体内干物质含量高。因此金骏眉干茶身骨重实,“掷地有声”。
一般采用两种方法来看干茶身骨。
方法一:用手取干茶于手中,或用五指撮抓,稍加抖动,重者为上,轻者为次。
方法二:取一小撮干茶抖落于玻璃板上或铝、瓷盘中,听其下落冲击发出的声音,正山堂金骏眉会发出类似金属碰撞“叮叮”的声音。
金骏眉内在品质包括茶汤颜色、香气、口感以及叶底质地。
茶汤颜色:金黄透亮,金圈明显
汤色是茶叶内各种色素溶解于沸水中所表现出来的颜色。
品质好的茶叶茶黄素含量高,汤色清澈透明有金圈。品质差的茶,茶黄素含量低,汤色浑浊,有大量悬浮物,透明度差。
正山堂金骏眉的汤色金黄华贵,清澈透亮,有光泽,金圈宽厚明显,久置有乳凝,浆呈亮黄色。
另外,正山堂金骏眉在好水沸水快出水的情况下,3克可连续冲泡12次以上,其汤色依然金黄,口感品质如一。

茶汤香气:花果蜜香,清高持久
采用骏眉工艺制成的正山堂金骏眉,香气呈复合型花果蜜综合香气,高山韵味明显,香气清高持久。

叶底质地:色泽明亮,肥壮均匀
叶底即冲泡后的茶叶。好茶叶底质地柔软、色泽明亮,叶形大小均匀一致。
